In the heart of our family kitchen, two brothers, Ben and Zeke, ignited a passion for the art of sourdough. Bonded by their love for pizza and the rustic charm of sourdough bread, they embarked on a journey to share their culinary obsession with the world.

Founded with flour-covered hands and a sprinkle of sibling camaraderie, Zen Sourdough emerged from humble beginnings. From the cozy confines of our family garage, we began crafting sourdough bread that captured the essence of tradition and craftsmanship. Our dedication to quality and authenticity grew stronger with every knead of the dough and flicker of the oven flame.

At Zen Sourdough, we believe in the power of simplicity. That’s why we exclusively use sourdough to leaven our creations, infusing each loaf and pizza with a depth of flavor that only time and patience can cultivate. Guided by a commitment to supporting local producers, we source our flour from the esteemed Central Milling, ensuring that every bite reflects the bounty of our region’s harvest.
